Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission
  • You build our product & corporate brands in line with our Marketing- and Brand Strategy using the entire digital playground

  • You are a social media/ digital hero when it comes to brand & corporate marketing and execute all social media activities as well as digital campaigns:

  • Conception, planning and coordination of social media/ digital actions on a national and international level

  • Design and manage brand activation and campaigning

  • Social media monitoring, analysis and derivation of recommendations for action

  • Channel and community management in cooperation with digital agencies 

  • Text production for blog articles, print documents, mailings and social media posts with and without product reference

  • Executional responsibility on all possible digital marketing channels (SEO, Google Ads, Banner Ads, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing etc.)  that attract new consumers

  • Continuous exploration of new digital marketing touchpoints and channels to exploit new advertising opportunities

  • Measurement and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

  • Building up digital experience from performance, learning and testing to allow benchmarking and measurement of success

Your profile
  • You are passionate about digital trends and social media platforms and have a keen sense of communication campaigns

  • You have outstanding skills in communication, not only interpersonally, but also for creating successful branded and corporate campaigns 

  • You know how to link your digital campaigns to all other communication measures

  • University degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification as well as at least 5 years professional experience within the field of digital marketing

  • You have several years of professional experience in an online, media or advertising agency or in FMCG marketing with a strong digital focus

  • Conception and implementation of online and social media marketing measures are your expertise

  • Strategic thinker,analytical decision maker and hands-on implementer

  • Great self-organizational skills– you can multitask and are energized by working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

  • Fluency in English and German
