Logistics Coordinator / Manager - German required (m/f/d)

Your mission
  • 3PL (Third Party Logistics) management incl. Screening, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, performance mgmt. 
  • Communicating with 3PL about delivery schedules and problems with products or services 
  • Creating all documents needed for shipment, export, customs etc. 
  • Review & optimization of transportation modes, routes, partners, rates etc. 
  • Development & tracking of Logistics KPIs 
  • Reviewing internal and external inventory levels of items to determine if they need to be replenished 
  • Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that deliveries are fulfilled correctly and on time
Your profile
  • Completed training as "Speditionskauffrau /-mann" or "Industriekauffrau /-mann" or completed Bachelor's study in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or similar qualification 
  • 3-5 years working experience in Logistics & Export (Inbound, outbound, shipping documents) 
  • Native in German and fluent in English, both spoken and written 
  • Excellent communication skills and no hurdles to get in touch with people via direct communication, e.g. telephone 
  • Experience with ERP systems 
  • Flexibility and great organizational/coordinative skills 
  • Growth mindset, willing to continuously learn and improve
