Your mission
  • Be the right hand of our Product Development Head Chef, assisting and participating in food production and setting up events

  • Prepare the mise en place in our Show Kitchen and prepare all products in our Product Development Kitchen

  • Present and set all the necessaries for tastings and events internally and externally worldwide

  • Understand Mycelium as an unique and high-quality ingredient

  • Work in an organized, high-end and well-equipped Kitchen

  • Provide external visitors or different audiences with the best experience around Mushlabs

  • Keep high standards of hygiene, HACCP control and food security

Your profile
  • You are a qualified chef/pastry chef with 3+ years of gained or granted experience in Top Kitchens, a start michelin Gastronomy background is highly preferred

  • You have completed an apprenticeship as a chef  (Koch-Ausbildung) in Germany or equal education from his/her respective countries 

  • You are able to work in a continuously changing, fast-paced and international environment

  • You have good social and intercultural skills, love to embrace constant challenges from working with people in diverse teams 

  • You always work structured and precise, have a strong sense of responsibility, hygiene and order

  • You are able to communicate fluently and concisely in English and German (B2)
