Your mission
Responsible for the innovative product development process and for generating new products from concept to lab and pilot trials
Lead and develop a team of 3-4 people whose expertise is in product development, material science, and nutritional science
You manage the development process and improving existing products from quality, sensory and functionality standpoint in a close cooperation with our R&D (fermentation) team
You will also solve technical challenges and find solutions for issues in manufacturing, quality and product formulation under our existing quality criteria
You define together with your team flavoring compositions for the go to market products in a close feedback loop with consumers and chefs
You explore potential future application for the mycelium in a close cooperation with our Innovation and Patent Lead
